Shipping policy

Processing Time 

• Standard Products (non-personalized): Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

• Personalized / Custom Products: Due to the nature of bespoke craftsmanship, these require 7–10 business days (1–1.5 weeks) to process before shipping. 

Delivery Timelines 

• Domestic (India): Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. • International: Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance. 

Tracking 

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey. 

Customs & Duties (International Orders) 

• International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import fees, or local taxes as per their country’s regulations. 

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and must be borne by the customer. 

Delays 

• While we strive to deliver on time, factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timelines. 

• Raw & Rugged is not liable for such delays, but we’ll support you in tracking and resolving issues.
