Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

• You can return or exchange most products within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that window, we’re usually unable to accept returns. 

• To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original state, and sent back with all tags, packaging, and accessories. Missing parts or tampered items may not be eligible. • Custom or personalized pieces (including engraved items, special orders, or one-off builds) are not returnable or refundable once the order is placed. 

• Sale and clearance items are final purchase and cannot be refunded. Refunds 

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email. 

• If approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days. 

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not qualify for a refund. If you’d like them returned to you, shipping charges apply. 

Exchanges 

• We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. 

• Share clear photos or a short video highlighting the issue before sending it back. • Only one exchange is allowed per order. Once replaced, the item cannot be returned again. 

Shipping Responsibility 

• For domestic orders (India), our team will arrange a reverse pickup where available. • For international orders, return shipping must be arranged by the customer using a trusted courier. 

• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except when the issue is a manufacturing defect. 

Order Cancellations 

• Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped. 

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. 

• To cancel, email us with your order number and reason. 

A Note on Craftsmanship

• Every Raw & Rugged product is handmade, so minor variations in leather grain, texture, or color are natural — these are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of your piece.
